Join birthworker and Lamaze Childbirth Educator Roshay “The Solflower” Richardson for a powerful webinar exploring how to make childbirth education more inclusive and accessible. Participants will learn to recognize structural and sensory barriers within traditional childbirth education models and apply evidence-based strategies to better support neurodiverse learners and families from marginalized communities. This session will equip perinatal professionals with practical tools to design accessible learning environments and advocate for equitable childbirth education for all families.

Roshay “The SolFlower” Richardson is a Black and Indigenous birthworker, Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, doula, and maternal health advocate. A neurodivergent mother with autism, she integrates lived experience with professional expertise to advance accessibility and equity in childbirth education.
She is the founder of SolBlossom Birth Services and serves as Chair of the Maternal Health Taskforce and Breastfeeding Coordinator for the Virginia Rural Health Association, where she advocates for evidence-based care and inclusive support for families from marginalized communities.
