Robin Elise Weiss, PhD, MPH, MSHPE, LCCE, FACCE, AdvCD(DONA), is a perinatal health specialist, public health scientist, and Lamaze International LCCE & Program Director with more than 30 years of experience in birth work. She served as Lamaze International President from 2014 to 2015 and has held leadership roles with DONA International, including President of the Board of Directors from 2024 to 2025. Robin is a university faculty member and holds advanced degrees in public health and health professions education. She has authored more than a dozen books on pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting. Robin has presented on social media, technology, and childbirth education at Lamaze International, ICEA, DONA International, and other national conferences since 2007.
