This self-paced online learning module will introduce participants to the professional role of the Certified Lamaze Childbirth Educator including professional and ethical responsibilities and the criteria for becoming certified. Learners will also be presented with information on reaching diverse populations as a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator and how educators can advocate for healthy birth and breastfeeding practices.
Participants can earn 5.50 Lamaze Contact Hours and 5.50 hours of CNE upon successful completion.
