Latching On: Advancing Breastfeeding Through Birth and Beyond
A Virtual Learning Event for Perinatal Professionals

This engaging virtual learning event brings together perinatal professionals for a deep dive into the challenges and solutions surrounding breast/chestfeeding support. Featuring three expert-led sessions, the program will explore common latching difficulties that often lead to early weaning, the critical role of skin-to-skin contact during the golden hour, and innovative strategies for teaching breastfeeding basics to clinical staff.

Attendees will learn to assess and troubleshoot latch issues through real-world case studies, strengthen their advocacy for evidence-based practices like immediate postpartum skin-to-skin care, and take away practical, hands-on techniques for supporting families and training colleagues. Whether you're a nurse, educator, lactation consultant, or birth worker, this event will equip you with tools to improve outcomes, promote bonding, and help families succeed in their feeding goals.
